I agree that the business plan is really a tool to make sure that you’ve done your homework. Testing the market and especially demand is the most important component. If there is demand then the other peices fall into place like pricing, how to get it built, how to fund the business and service. Every business forecast that has ever been written has been wrong because there are too many unexpected variables in the real world. How you adjust is the key.
